• Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards
• Remove cob webs
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and floor
• Wash all floors and dry wood floors
• Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions
• Empty and clean ash trays and wastebaskets

Kitchen

• Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs
• Clean, scrub sink and taps
• Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes

• Clean microwave oven inside and out

Bathrooms

Cleaning Pricing

Our rates are $25.00 per hour. Please note all concierges are bonded professionals. An average 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2-level home takes approx 3-4 hours to complete.

We accept cash, cheques, Visa and MasterCard. We ask for payment upon delivery of services.
Pre-paid packages are available. “VAC Health Identification Cards Accepted.”

Rates  do not include HST.

Contributing to the independence seniors’ desire without putting more demands on their family members South Fraser Concierge offers solutions to supporting their daily living activities. We provide Seniors Care and Errands services that give support and assistance.

Our concierge team will assure the best care, safety, and support by assisting the needs of our senior customers with tasks from appointment drop-off and prescription pick-up to house cleaning and home organizing. We offer special package rates or by the hour services.
